Big Mac with Big Mac Special Sauce

Big Mac with Big Mac Sauce

I don't think I've ever met a guy who doesn't love burgers but this one will have the girls asking for seconds! Super delicious and even better than those fast food ones. Of course you can grill it on the barbecue too and add some french fries with that.

Makes about 1.5 cups

Special Sauce:
1 cup mayo
5 Tbs French Dressing
3 Tbs sweet pickle relish
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
pinch of salt & pepper

Makes 6-8 cheeseburgers.

American Cheese (1 slice for each burger)
1 Tbs diced onions per burger
1 lb ground beef (rolled into balls & flatten on the heated pan)

some shredded lettuce (to your liking)
hamburger buns
sliced tomatoes (optional)
salt & pepper to season the meat

Chicken Bulgogi (Korean BBQ)

Korean Chicken Bulgogi

Ingredients:
about 1-1.5 lbs chicken breast
2 Tbs minced garlic
2 Tbs honey powder or brown sugar
5 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs rice wine or sake
1 Tbs sesame oil
2 Tbs honey
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
green onions (chopped) for garnish
adding mushrooms & onions is optional

Recipe:
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Add the cut up chicken breasts & mix well. Cover & marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Cook the marinated chicken in a lightly oiled pan & add mushrooms & onions (about 1/4 cup each sliced) if using. Garnish with some chopped green onions.
